I am Naima Prescott, a Georgia-licensed REALTOR with over five years of experience, primarily serving the vibrant East Atlanta area. I have a diverse background in real estate, including new construction, resale properties, and condos, which allows me to assist a wide range of clients in achieving their real estate goals. My journey in real estate has been incredibly rewarding. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including veterans, first-time home buyers, and savvy investors. Beyon d my traditional real estate duties, I am deeply committed to the betterment of the East Atlanta community. I've actively engaged with Neighborhood Planning Units and the City of Atlanta Zoning boards to advocate and petition for Opportunity Housing, specifically designed to benefit our invaluable Protector Educators & Nurses (PEN) workers. As a member of the East Lake Neighborhood Development Corporation (ELNDC), I've played a role in assisting with the sale of community-owned land, with the goal of creating homeownership opportunities for PEN workers in the East Lake/East Atlanta Community. This endeavor aligns with my passion for real estate and my dedication to fostering growth and development within our community. In addition to my real estate career, I've ventured into creating a small business, aptly named "Beyond The Sale." This business is an extension of my real estate services, offering tailored solutions to help clients reclaim more time and make their home life easier. Our services range from organizing to personal shopping and decor curation, blending my passions for real estate, creativity, organization, and interior design.

On a personal note, I've been a resident of Atlanta for 18 years, with 17 of those years dedicated to the East Atlanta area. Recently, I purchased a home on the Westside of Atlanta, where I reside with my husband, daughter, son in addition to my “bonus children.” Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, entertaining, traveling to warm beach destinations, playing golf, and savoring a good bottle of white wine.
